Terms of Use for S2T IPTV
Last Updated: September 29, 2026
This is a translation. The German version (Nutzungsbedingungen) is legally binding.
IMPORTANT:
S2T IPTV is a media player only. The App contains no movies, channels or streams, and we do not provide any playlists. You need your own M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login from a provider you are legally allowed to use.
1. Provider and Scope
The app "S2T IPTV" ("App") is provided by Hasan Turan (TRN Studios), Oesterheidestr. 10, 44892 Bochum, Germany, email: trnstudios@outlook.de ("we").
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the App. If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well.
2. Service Description
- The App is a media player. It plays content that you add yourself through an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login from a provider of your choice.
- We do not provide, sell or arrange any playlists, channels, movies, series or streams, and we do not recommend any provider. We have no influence on the content you add and do not see it.
- The App connects directly to your provider's server. Your provider alone is responsible for the availability, quality and legality of the content. Your contract with your provider is independent of us.
- The App is free and financed by ads served by Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for the content of the advertised offers. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is processed.
- We keep developing the App and may change features where this is reasonable for you. Your statutory rights, in particular regarding defects and updates of digital products, remain unaffected.
3. License
We grant you a simple, non-transferable right to use the App for private purposes on your devices. You may not modify, decompile or redistribute the App unless the law expressly allows it.
4. Your Obligations
- You may only use the App to play content you are entitled to play. You confirm that your playlist or login comes from a provider you are legally allowed to use.
- In particular, you may not use the App to play or make available copyrighted content without the rights holders' permission, or to circumvent technical protection measures. We expressly distance ourselves from any unlawful use.
- You are responsible for your login details. The App stores them only locally on your device.
5. Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and to the extent of any guarantee we have given.
- For slightly negligent breaches of an essential obligation, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. An essential obligation is one whose fulfillment makes the proper use of the App possible in the first place and on whose fulfillment you may regularly rely. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
- We are not liable for the content, availability, quality or legality of your provider's streams. This is third-party content that we have no influence on.
6. Ending Your Use
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. This removes all locally stored data (playlists, login details, favorites, history and settings) from your device.
7. Changes
We update these Terms of Use when the App or the legal situation changes. We publish the updated version on this page with a new date.
8. Final Provisions
- The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country remain unaffected.
- If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
