We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how S2T IPTV Player ("App") collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is designed to minimize data collection. We do not operate servers that store your personal data or playlist content.

3. Website Hosting & Data Collection

Hosting (Netlify)

Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 100, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).

When you visit our website, Netlify automatically collects server log files, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and timestamp. This data is collected based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Legitimate Interest) for the purpose of ensuring the security and stability of our website.

Netlify is certified under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF), ensuring compliance with EU data protection standards for data processing in the USA.

4. Data Collection & Storage (App)

4.1. Local Storage Only

We do not store your personal data on our servers.

  • Playlists & Credentials: All IPTV credentials (URLs, usernames, passwords) and playlists you add are stored locally on your device (using encrypted storage where possible).
  • Direct Connection: The App establishes a direct connection between your device and your IPTV provider's server. We do not proxy or intercept this traffic.

4.2. Automatic Data (Logs)

When you use the App, error logs or crash reports may be generated locally. These are not automatically sent to us unless you explicitly share them for support purposes.

5. Third-Party Services (Ads & Analytics)

5.1. Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use:

  • Identifiers: Device ID (e.g., IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android).
  • Usage Data: Interaction with ads, crash logs, and performance data.
  • Purpose: To show personalized or non-personalized ads.
  • Legal Basis (GDPR): Consent (you are asked for permission via the App Tracking Transparency dialog on iOS).

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

6.1. EU/EEA Users (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access / Rectify: Since data is stored locally, you have full access to it within the App. You can modify it in "Settings".
  • Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can delete all data by uninstalling the App or using the "Clear Cache/Data" option in local settings.
  • Withdraw Consent: You can revoke ad tracking consent in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Tracking).

6.2. California Users (CCPA)

Do Not Sell My Info: We do not sell your personal data. We use AdMob, which may act as a service provider collecting data for ad serving.
